Month of July: The life of Divine Love

If we do not taste the eternal life and the love of God here on earth we will not have any relationship or life with Him.  The eternal life is a life of continual joy and passion for God; it needs us to focus all our love and hope to deal with the Father and the Son. 

"Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus." Revelation 22:20

Month of July: The life of Divine Love

In our heavenly home we all will have one stature in Christ; will enjoy His love and authority.  No more sadness or depression, but continual joy.  Christ will wipe out every tear from the eyes of His righteous people so they have perpetual joy shadowed by His glory.

Abiding in the Lord is the fruit of the mutual love with Him.  We are required to abide in Him so He abides in us, and the love of the Lord is fulfilled by keeping His commandments.  Keeping His commands is not an action according to the man's will but a response to the guidance of the Holy Spirit since the Holy Spirit is working in us.

"We love Him because He first loved us" 1 John 4:19

Month of July: The life of Divine Love

This inflamed love is a reaction; when Christ loved us first our love for Christ was initiated.  We did not have the initiative of loving Christ and the Father.  He loved us first when He gave up Himself for us on the cross.  His death proved His utmost love for us.

"If I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all peoples to Myself" John 12:32

The power of Christ to draw man's heart stems from His rushing love; He never awaits your love but He always starts the loving relationship.  The moment your heart responds you find Christ awaiting you more lovingly.  The essence of this relationship is love that gives a meaning to life.

We do not expect the kingdom of God' coming over time; it grows in the hearts enlightened by the word of God if the hearts keep the word.  The Kingdom of God is present and we need to explore it within us."

Month of July: The life of Divine Love

The man who gets into a covenant of love with the Lord Jesus loses his first attributes, morals, inclinations, and desires; because testifying to Christ and serving His words consume all his focus and hopes.  The love of Christ transcends any description or explanation.
