This is an excerpt of the daily devotionals I translate from Arabic from the Book "The Bible in reality of our life" for late Father Matta El Meskeen.
"The first and greatest work Christ does for man who submitted his life to Him is to pull him near to Him as a dear child. Secondly, Christ puts His fingers on the unclean corners in man's life, thus man becomes increasingly conscious to realize the awesome power of Christ in knowing the details of his thoughts, intentions and actions. Man also becomes more convinced to submit to Him the hidden parts in his heart to let Christ accompany him in his life and actions."
