"Christ made the response to your request guaranteed by His blood, His name and the Truth of Him being the Son of God.  His response is coupled with our faith.  The faith which entrusts, during the prayer, that you received what you ask and you will have it.  Thus as you asked and entrusted by faith you will get what you asked and more than what we asked or even thought of.  God's generosity in Christ must exceed our greed in Him, for it is His delight in Christ to make our hearts rejoice so we thank Him and glorify Him. "
