"If man is more interested in the world and flesh matters than his obedience to Christ and His work, he should not await any response from Christ.  God first, then others, and then me last.  The more faithful man is in presenting his life and his problems and having trust in the power of Christ, the more Christ interferes in his life and hastens to respond to him.  The more faithful man is in fulfilling God's work, no matter how much effort and trouble it may cost, the more Christ respond to him more clearly and manifest Himself in his life even at the level of miracles."
