"The holy anger explodes from the spirit in the heart, but man's anger emerges from a wound to the self.  Man's anger does not fulfill the righteousness of God nor does it align with the purpose of His will, for it is from the move of soul when it has grudge and anger for its self.  Oh the Spirit of Christ, who came to sanctify all my instincts for God, sanctify my anger for you to glorify you and serve your righteousness.  Speak in my heart, oh Spirit of God when my nature angers inside me so I do not utter but what builds others.  Amen."

"When we submit our life to the Holy Spirit we do it with full trust that He is able to fulfill every promise of God in us.  Because who could do the works of God or fulfill His commands except God?!  Our Kowledge of the Truth advances us one step ahead of differentiating between the good and evil; the Truth is God and everything God does and wills for us and in us.  Hence when we know the Truth by the Holy Spirit we become open for God and He is the Truth.  If we submit willingly and consciously all the life and body to the Holy Spirit for managing and leading it, we are led by the Spirit of God and the Spirit leads us to know the Truth."

"The promise of life here is not in the future as the verb of the verse is, but it is an emphasis for affirmation; meaning that whatever you put to death of the body you will live, yes you will live!  The Christian man who died with Christ once dies everyday, but he is not controlled by death; he gleans out life from the death.  If the Holy Spirit who raised Christ from the dead rests in us, so welcome all the death of body till death; because life is guarranteed from the depth of death now and into the future."

"The Christian man can not love his neighbor, subsequently it is impossible to love his enemy, when he pretends having the will or self determination.  He would often fail; because he must first love God from all his heart, intelect, soul and power, hence there is no love left for the self  to boast with.  He would no longer love others from his own love or self; but from the love of God that is flowing and spreading the seeds of love for those who are worthy or not, for the friend and the enemy.  He takes from what he does not have and gives out; and the more he gives out the more he receives and the more God's love for him increases so his love for God and all people especially the enemies increases.  This is how we put to death the deeds of the body by the Spirit."

"The flesh is the center of attention for the man of world that he gives it all his interest and endeavor.  But the Holy Spirit is the origin of life that He pours into us for God and from God.  Therefore when we surrender ourselves to Him the worries of the flesh and life cannot overcome us.  The peace of Spirit balances all the tribulations of present time and the flesh with its diseases and pains.  If the Spirit is absent so is the peace that surpasses the mind, and if we fall in the worries of world and flesh, the sadness and worries of death surround us."
