Christ has risen, truly He has risen. 

"The true prayer is the one in which we face God, and we talk to Him with trust, joy and acceptance.  In this prayer the Holy Spirit will surely rest and intercede for us. {we do not know what to pray for as we ought, but the Holy Spirit intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words. Romans 8:26}  The Saint Fathers say: whenever Christ comes, the Holy Spirit precedes Him."
