This is an excerpt of the daily devotionals I translate from Arabic from the Book "The Bible in reality of our life" for the late Father Matta El Meskeen.
"Do you want to feel comfortable? Do you want to feel peacefull and your heart overflowing with joy and cheerfullness? Do you seek to find strength and your soul to rise up in heaven? Then be filled with the Spirit. Prayer is the way to be filled, in prayer our souls are joined with the Spirit of God as prayer is one of the works of the Holy Spirit. If we are filled with prayer, we are filled with the Spirit of God. Christ repeatedly asked of you; until now you have not asked anything in His name! Be of courage, ask so your joy is complete. What is the complete joy? it is being completely filled of the Spirit."
