This is an excerpt of the daily devotionals I translate from Arabic from the Book "The Bible in reality of our life" for late Father Matta El Meskeen.
"The devil's weapon during trials and persecution is strongly based on the boredom of how intense and extended the trial is. After boredom comes the weapon of weariness where toleration stops at zero point, then man loses heart and his cross falls from hand and heart. Boredom is a satanic process to weaken perseverance and patience."
