And everyone who has this hope in Him purifies himself, just as He is pure (1 John 3:3)

"What is this hope?!  It is the hope that we walk like Him, to be pure and consecrated for Him.  Hope is the driving power of the Christian life that transfers us from one stage to another.  We do not suffice with what we have got but we are focused on the better and the more that we were consecrated for, so we may reach the delight of God and the joy of life in His delight."
