Absolutely not, but He responds mysteriously by supporting the man who cries out to God from weakness, by granting him the power to reach the perfection without doing for him what he wants. And thus we may think that our prayers are responded to or not according to our comprehension - for with God He has responses to prayers we cannot comprehend. "
